The Afghan Ministry of Defense said in a newsletter That Afghan Air force has received two MI-35 Indians Helicopters. The Afghan acting defense minister Asadullah Khalid has stated in the ceremony of receiving these choppers: “The nation of Afghanistan is proud of you because of the help to the Afghan National Army,” said Assad Allah Khalid, “You have been supporting us in this fighting season along with your other colleagues, showing you the enemy’s plan after they’ve announced their fake operations.”

Mr. Khalid also expressed his viewpoint with reference to the process of peace talks. “Peace does not mean the elimination of the powerful and capable forces of the Afghan National Army, or the surrender of these heroes to the enemy, but you will be the security and defense forces main owners and guardians of the peace process that shields your breasts,” he added.

Meanwhile, Mr. Khalid, thanking India for the cooperation, emphasized that India has made the greatest cooperation with the country’s air forces during this fighting season, while India has already given four more fighters to the Afghan Air Force some 35 years ago. These forces are more powerful in fighting the terrorists.
