(TKG) − A suicide bomb attack near a religious rally at the Pakistani city of Quetta on Monday, February 17, killed at least seven people and wounded several others, media quoted Pakistani officials. According to Pakistani officials, at least seven people were killed and 25 others wounded when a suicide bomb attack near a religious rally in the Pakistani city of Quetta. Media quoted Zia Langove, home minister of the southwestern Baluchistan province, as saying, the explosion took place close to the event organized by “Ahle Sunnat Wal Jammat” (ASWJ), a political party allegedly linked with a sectarian armed group. He further said that the attacker who was on the motorcycle came near to the rally and then the blast took place. No one has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
