Roadside Mine Hits Vehicle in Helmand, Leaving 8 Civilians Killed

March 25 (The Killid Group) — At least eight civilians were killed as their vehicle was hit by a roadside mine in Mosa Qala district of Helmand province. The provincial governor's spokesperson, Omar Zwak, told The Killid Group that today at around 10:00a.m., local time, a roadside mine struck a vehicle near Mosa Qala district of southern Helmand province, leaving eight civilians killed. According to him, the incident took place in an area with a strong Taliban presence. So far, no group has commented in regard with the incident, but the security officials in the province have accused the Taliban militants.
