154 new COVID-19 cases Recorded in Afghanistan

883 suspicious coronavirus cases were tested, in which, 154 cases were positive, bringing the total number of infections to 34,605 in the country, says the Ministry of Public Health.

The Ministry announced Monday that out 3,605 coronavirus cases in the country, 1,038 patients died from the virus.

Kabul, Daikundi, Bamyan and Badakhshsan have had the highest number of infections.
In the past 24 hours, 28 patients died from the virus. Kabul has the highest number of deaths.

The ministry has recently said that it was trying to find a more accurate number of coronavirus deaths by launching a study.
