Grape production up 15 percent in Kandahar

Production of grapes has increased by more than 15 percent in Afghanistan's southern Kandahar province, local authorities said.

Hafizullah Sayedi, provincial director of agriculture, irrigation and livestock in Kandahar, said that production of grapes has increased by more than 15 percent this year.
