Afghanistan Reports 43 New Cases: COVID-19

Ministry of Public Health reported Tuesday that out of 232 samples, 43 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.

At least 107,399 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 5,291 known active cases in the country.

According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 25 individuals have recovered from COVID-19 and one individual has died.

The new cases recorded in Kabul are Four, Herat 29, Badakhshan Three, Nuristan One, Jawzjan One, Balkh Five.

The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 38,815 Total deaths are 1,426 and the total recoveries are recorded 32,098.

COVID-19 global toll has increased to 29,303,757 and the dead are reported more than 928,763.
