In the latest report from the International organization of reporters without Border, released on April 25, which Afghanistan has climbed 118th from 120th place.

This can be a good news for the Afghan media community. Of course, this news is good news for Afghanistan’s media staffs in the most difficult circumstances. But it should not be forgotten that Afghanistan is still among the 10 most dangerous places in the world for reporters.

Afghanistan in last year passed the bloodiest year for journalists.

The report of the Organization of Reporters without Border is being released while one of the prominent Afghan journalists was killed in Kandahar province.

In the current year, which less than four months has ended, 31 cases of violence against journalists were registered in the Nai Office.
