President Ghani urges officials to tighten security in Logar

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, in a meeting with the Logar provincial security officials, instructed them for tightening security in the province, said a statement from the Presidential Palace.

According to the statement, the security officials provided details about the security of the province and assured the security and defense forces in coordination with the people were busy in security of the province and that the people were peacefully attending the voter registration sites.

Emphasizing on the security of the province, the president went on as saying that security of the province should be ensured through the effective use of forces, said the statement.

The president called for effective and practical security plan to help the provincial thoroughly security be tightene in the province.
