Afghanistan National Army Forces destroyed Taliban’s Training camp in Gumal district of Paktika province on Monday. The country’s defense ministry said in a statement.

“Afghanistan air forces in an operation targeted a Taliban training center in Lalum village of Gumal district in Paktika province, killing 11 insurgents and wounding 15 other including Faroqi, Taliban’s head for Paktika province,” MoD said in the statement.

Two explosive-packed vehicles, ten rocket launchers, 50 Ak47, IEDs and some other weapons and ammunition destroyed in the operation.

Afghanistan National Army as the nation’s defense forces, are ready to give sacrifice to bring lasting peace and security to the people and are determined to eradicate terror groups in Afghanistan, the defense ministry stressed.
