Death toll from attack in eastern Afghan city reaches 10: official

KABUL (Reuters) - The death toll from an attack on Wednesday on an education department building in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad reached 10, with 10 wounded, officials said. Shortly after announcing the casualty total, the provincial governor’s office said in a statement the attack was over but it gave no details.
