Ghani to Ink MoUs on Broad Topics with UAE

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani this morning headed to UAE, aspiring to “preside” over signing a Memorandum of Understating on several topics concerning a joint-cooperation with the Crown Prince of Abu Dubai, Presidential Palace said in a tweet.  

Ghani will meet with Abu Dubai Crown Prince Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan (also known as MBZ) to sign MoUs depicting a bilateral cooperation towards effective opportunities in "culture, education, sports, mining, energy and agriculture".

"Besides issuing a joint communique, President Ghani and His Highness Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will preside over the signing of MoUs in the fields of culture, education, sports, mining, energy and agriculture by the governments of Afghanistan and UAE," Presidential Palace said in a tweet.
